Love Prosecco? This February sparkle a little and join the first annual Prosecco Pop Up! Founder of CitySip and New York Champagne Week, Blaine Ashley is expanding her bubbly business side and bringing NYC a new kind of pop up at a stylish, wine driven, East Village restaurant.
The core of this fizz fueled promotion will take place at IN VINO where together with owner and beverage director, Keith Beavers, Ashley will curate a promotional menu featuring by the glass, bottle and anti-pasti, and Prosecco pairing options all month-long!
In Vino also hosts Drink Lab (wine classes) and during the month of February for this fun bubbly pop up, Ashley and Beavers team up to bring you Prosecco: Getting to Know the Bubbs You Love. Taking place Tuesday, February 2nd and Tuesday, February 16th at IN VINO from 7 pm – 8 pm. Up to a dozen attendees have the chance to delight in an educational Prosecco tasting and discussion about where Prosecco is from, how it’s made, and, what the grape is all about.
Not only will you learn a little, but you will drink a lot, and all the while indulging in a variety of tastes of select brands featured throughout the month of The Prosecco Pop Up. This exclusive ticket is just $25 a pop and enthusiasts may snag a seat here
