The Cookie Cups & Cocktail Pairings!

These cookies come in a variety of flavors such as Fudge Brownie, Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet and Hazelnut Swirl. Having these at your next brunch will brighten things up and allow those who enjoy a bite sized sweet treat something to snack on.

These cookie cups are also pair-able with some fun brunch cocktails! I enjoy them like I would a scone…with coffee, so instead for brunch here is a coffee cocktail!

Tia Maria Dark Liqueur has delicate mild roasted coffee aromas with sweet honey-like notes, balanced with a light vanilla background and rich caramel notes. Smooth and balanced with a sexy texture, and perfect to pair with The Cookie Cups.

Tia Espresso Martini: courtesy of Korbrand Wine & Spirits

1 part Tia Mariaimage010-2

1 part espresso

1 part vodka

1/2 part simple syrup

Method: Combine all ingredients together with ice in boston shaker.  Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.
