Teeling Irish Whiskey produces a small batch, single grain, single malt, and 21,26, and 30 year single malt. I had the fortune of sitting down with Stephen Teeling; one of the Teeling generations who is doing things differently.
We dined at the Rye House in NYC. The food here is rustic and delicious, pairing very well with both the Small Batch and Single Grain. House made potato chips, juicy brussels sprouts, and great grilled cheese filled the table while Stephen spoke about his whiskey’s.
