Cigar smoker? In NYC and many states it’s hard to find a place to socially smoke cigars. We all know what cigars are, many of us love them (this somm certainly does), but where can we find a group of people and a venue that lets us smoke?
Look no further than The Smoker Social hosted by Fine Tobacco NYC. This organization does it right and gives cigar lovers a chance to come together, try some cigars, have some whiskey’s, and really enjoy the smoking experience. Founded in 2010 by Matthias Clock, a cigar lover who wanted to attend more events, but found that they were either too inconsistent or too commercial. He is absolutely right, it is very hard to find good cigar events and or places to smoke. There are only a handful of shops in NYC where you can sit, smoke, and have a nice beverage.
