Smoke & Fire Cocktail

A little Sriracha never hurt anyone right? Sexy and Spicy cocktails seem to be Hot, Hot, Hot, this summer and will also keep you warm throughout the fall and winter months! This one puts a spin on a fun Moscow Mule… and is more like a Mezcal Mule that pairs nicely with sweet, salty, and creamy foods. 

SMOKE & FIRE COCKTAIL:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
1/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz House-Made Sriracha Simple Syrup SmokeFire
Ginger beer
Sriracha Salt
Sliced Lime for Garnish

Sriracha Simple Syrup:
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Sriracha Sauce

Directions:
Dissolve the sugar in the water in a saucepan over heat.Add the sriracha. Stir until there is a consistent solution. Allow for simple syrup to cool down. Rim glass with lime juice and the sriracha salt. Fill glass with ice. In a shaker,combine the mezcal, sriracha simple syrup and lime juice with ice. Shake, strain and pour into the salt rimmed glass. Top off cocktail with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime.
