PN Wood Fired Pizza“We choose to do things differently. We don’t break the rules, we make them.”- PN Wood Fired Pizza

Can you tell I have been into pizza lately? Nothing beats a great pizza, and when you find a delicious spot like PN Wood Fired Pizza, who uses only the best organic flours from Italy, you go there! It’s amazing how the flours they use are not enriched and made from ancient grains, which PN Wood Fired Pizzamakes them higher in fiber and lower in carbs.

Besides the truly delicious pizzas, they also have a full menu with great appetizers, pasta, and entrees. I started off with the Truffle Meatballs, with tomato sauce and black truffle puree. They are out of this world and an absolute must order for the table. Alongside the meatballs, I also enjoyed the Octopus, which is braised and served with cherry tomatoes, fennel, and PN Wood Fired PizzaSicilian pistachio. The octopus was perfectly crispy on the outside and paired nicely with the PN Mule.

It’s nice here because you get the opportunity to choose which flour you want for your pizza. They have an excellent selection of pizzas here, which makes this place great for groups because it’s very PN Wood Fired Pizzahard to choose just one. I opted to try two and fell in love with the Tartufo Pizza, which is topped with artichoke, white truffle puree, pancetta, and Tuscan pecorino cheese.  Because I wanted to try more than one type of dough, I also got to taste the Regina Pizza, which has tomato pulp, Levoni Prosciutto PN Wood Fired PizzaDi Parma, imported Mozzarella Di Bufala, and basil. After devouring and loving everything so far, it was time for an Old Fashioned cocktail which I paired with the Dry Aged Ribeye Tagliata Style, served with cracked potatoes. This dish is delicious! Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and served on a stone board PN Wood Fired Pizza(which I thought was such a great touch). This is a great share-able option that allows you to try multiple menu items while dining here.

Not only do I love the menu here at PN Wood Fired Pizza, but I love the ambiance and service as well. The rustic wood tables and chairs create a nice atmosphere, and they also offer gluten-free and vegan options for pizza lovers here too. Honestly, you can’t go wrong when you’re here! Check out PN Wood Fired Pizza in the NoMad area of NYC, you will not be disappointed.
