Chef Billy truly loves what he does and it absolutely comes through in the dishes he creates. Here in the video he shows us how to properly rub the Pork and make his Shrimp & Grits dish. He lights up the camera with his passion and creativity and it was such a pleasure really getting to meet the man behind the meals.
