A Ceviche Competition hit the Eventi Hotel last week, and some of the best Peruvian Chefs showed off their Ceviche styles. Coco Roco, Desnuda, La Cevicheria, Manka, Panca, Raymi, Runa, Surfish, and Warique were all in competition letting consumers taste their wonderful Peruvian creations.

Pisco Cocktails, Peruvian wine, Peruvian beer, and tons of Ceviche is the best way to spend a Tuesday in NYC. Everyone wanted to taste the best the city has to offer when it comes to Peruvian cuisine, and these chefs really blew everyone away.

Best Ceviche: Runa– SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKE CEVICHE

Best Tiradito: Coco Roco LENGUADO TIRADITO

People’s Choice Best Ceviche: Raymi – CHARRED OCTOPUS CEVICHE

Best Tiradito: Raymi CHIFA TIRADITO

The top contenders that won my heart with their fabulous ceviche styles were:

Coco Roco:Yellowfin Tuna Tiradito, with truffle shishito glaze, crispy potato and pickled jalapeño.

Manka: Fluke, Scallop, and Crab Ceviche in a sea urchin and Rocoto pepper cream.

Runa:Crispy Oysters and Spicy Tuna Ceviche, with avocado and tobiko.

Raymi: Shrimp and Artichoke Ceviche
