I woke up one Sunday morning craving a great brunch cocktail. I decided to take some of my favorite spirits plus this sweet liqueur and create one incredible cocktail, using Alizé Peach Passion, Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka, and George Dickel No. 12. This cocktail is delicious and refreshing when stirred and strained into a Champagne flute. The vanilla vodka adds a comforting softness and blends extremely well with the peach and bourbon. The Dickel No. 12 adds the perfect amount of spice and “bourbon balance” needed to give this cocktail a bit of a kick without overpowering the delicious peach and vanilla flavors.

4oz Alizé Peach Passion
2oz George Dickel No. 12
1oz Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
Method: In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Top with ice and stir with cocktail spoon. Strain into Champagne flute and enjoy!
