Zodiac Vodka, a gluten free American potato vodka, recently launched in Texas this month. Plans to expand into more markets come 2015 is exciting news for many people who live a gluten free lifestyle. I fell in love with the name, which is how this vodka grabbed my attention.
Zodiac is produced in their Idaho based distillery. The company uses a four-column continuous distillation process. This is then when the alcohol passes through multiple stainless steel plates that help to take out any unwanted impurities. After, it’s blended with water from the Snake River Aquifer. This river runs underneath the distillery and is filtered using hand cut Canadian Birch Charcoal.
The end result: A naturally sweet, gluten free vodka.
Zodiac Founder and President, Tom Benson has named country musician, Kacey Musgraves as the brand’s Creative Brand Ambassador. Zodiac Vodka and Kacey Musgraves also recently hosted a private concert at The Rustic in Dallas Tx.
