Three Years of Stunning Indian Cuisine!

IMG_5212Junoon, a Michelin Star Patalia Cocktail Lounge and Restaurant celebrated 3 years May 14, 2014. This gorgeous restaurant kicked off another great year with Adraki Punch, a Mumbai Margarita, and a Velvet Somrus. Hemant Pathak, seen on my Youtube Channel was mixing his cocktails all night while wowing the crowd with his impressive skills.

Hemant has a passion for cocktails and really showcases what a craft mixologist can do. The cocktails he creates are stunning, flavorful, and creative. 

IMG_5214The Adraki Punch is sweet and tangy using Figenza Fig Vodka, Lemon, Grapefruit, and Ginger Beer. This cocktail packs quite the “punch” and goes really well with their excellent menu selection.

The Mumbai Margarita has a little kick and is made with Rose-Chili Syrup, Lime, and Mango Puree. The tequila adds the perfect amount of saltiness to this delightfully sweet and sassy beverage.

The Velvet SomruS is made with SomruS which is an Indian spiced creme liquor. Dusted with Cardamom and Star Anise, this cocktail is the perfect after dinner drink.
