St. Patty’s Day is tomorrow! Who’s having some green beer? What about an Irish Cream cocktail? If so, you’ve come to the right blog post!
True Lime Mojito: Courtesy of True Citrus
10 fresh mint leaves
1 packet True Lime
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 fluid ounces white rum
Directions: Place mint leaves, True Lime, sugar and rum in a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint to release the mint oil. (Be sure to bruise, not shred, the mint leaves to best release the oils.) Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour club soda over the ice. Stir, taste, and add more True Lime if desired. Garnish with a mint leaf.

1 12oz. beer (the lighter the better!)
1 drop green food coloring
1 packet of True Lime
Directions: Carefully add food coloring and True Lime to a 12 oz. glass of light beer. Stir gently to combine (careful to not let it fizz over). Sip and enjoy!

1oz Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey
.5oz Creme de Cacao
Directions: Shake lightly and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint and shaved chocolate.

1.5oz Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey
1.5oz Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
.75oz Borghetti Liqueur
.5oz Grand Marnier
Directions: Shake and strain into a highball. Garnish with an orange slice.
