NYC Champagne Week is right around the corner and you need your tickets as soon as possible. This fun bubble filled week will be celebrated all over NYC with tastings, events, and pairing dinners.

The Champagne Campaign

Champagne Cocktail Competition
Date: Tuesday, November 5th 2013

Location: Experimental Cocktail Club
Showcasing the diversity and approachability of Champagne. Come see ten of the city’s best bartenders mix up Billecart-Salmon Champagne cocktails with a variety of spirits including, Hendricks Gin, Milagro Tequila, Montelobos Mezcal, Reyka Vodka, Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Plantation Rum, Pierre Ferrand Cognac, and many more!
Bubbly Bourbon Libations
Date: Wednesday, November 6th 2013

Location: Evelyn Drinkery
Following the Boutique Champagne Tasting, add a little spirit to your step and head to East Village for the official after-party Happy Hour at Evelyn Drinkery. This event will feature Hudson Baby Bourbon in a Classic Champagne Cocktail!
Piper Heidsieck Champagne Pairing Dinner
Date: Thursday, November 7th 2013
Time: 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Location: Trattoria Il Mulino Gramercy
An exclusive four-course meal designed by Chef, Michael Mazza to pair with four Champagnes from the beautiful Piper Heidsieck portfolio. Accompanying each course, revelers will savor Piper Brut, Piper Rose Sauvage, the elite Rare Millesime Brut and the coveted, newly released Piper Vintage 2006. The ever-so elegant, Piper Heidsieck Brand Ambassador, Estelle Ngo will be on hand to guide guests through pairings. This dinner is limited to 25 guests and will take place in the downstairs private dining room.
Closing Champagne Week Bubbly Hour Reception featuring Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte

Location: The Pierre Hotel’s TwoEBar/Lounge
Conclude New York Champagne Week and your work day in high-style at the uptown, elegant Pierre Hotel. The posh, TwoEBar/Lounge will offer guests a special sparkling menu featuring Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Reserve and their delicious Rosé. Revelers may also sip an assortment of sparkling cocktails concocted exclusively for Champagne Week.
