Miss Jones Baking Co. is a certified organic, non-GMO, plant-based company with baking mixes and frostings containing no artificial colors or flavors. Sarah Jones has always been a passionate baker and wanted to fit her hobby into her busy schedule. She tried mixes on the market, as well as frostings, and nothing was as good as her homemade versions. That’s when she was inspired to form her delicious dessert mix company, where the products taste great and aren’t “bad for your body” (chemical wise).

I recently tried baking with Miss Jones brownie mix and loved it! The brownie mix blends well, tastes great, and bakes well (I know… I taste tested both the batter and finished baked product). I decided to make Chocolate Covered Brownie Balls topped with Hibiscus Crystals aka “Brownie Hibiscus Bites”. These were super easy to make once the brownies cooled, and are a fun holiday treat you can have out at a party.
