IMG_4299Monday’s call for Mimosa’s! Docks Oyster Bar in Midtown East is one restaurant that does not skimp on the Champagne in your mimosa. Yes, you could absolutely go for brunch and mimosa’s on Saturday or Sunday too, but with a new week comes new challenges, and thats nothing a well-made mimosa can’t cure!

Mimosa’s go so well with breakfast food, brunch fare, and even lunch items. This particular mimosa was paired with Eggs Benedict, which comes topped with creamy Hollandaise Sauce, a thick slice of Ham, and Home FriesIMG_4306

The bubbles and citrus meld together so well with the creaminess in the dish and both just explode with flavor! The salty ham goes great with the yeast and bread notes in the champagne (yes they use real champagne in their mimosa’s).

Docs Oyster Bar is full of fresh seafood bars, dark wooden tables, and has a very elegant but comfortable vibe. This restaurant is perfect for engagement parties, brunches, intimate dates, and of course seafood!

Be sure to visit Docs Oyster Bar for a fun brunch with some very bubbly Mimosa’s!
