img_0822I recently stumbled upon a gem in Harlem called Café Frederick. It happened to be National Chicken Month, so as a blogger, clearly I went in for their BBQ Chicken Panini. I soon found out, after I devoured my delicious panini and potato chips, that they are offering a Buffalo Chicken Panini with Blue Cheese and Celery Sticks for this National Food Month.

This gem in Harlem, NY is bright and cheerful with plenty of seating and outlet space. They specialize in coffee, teas, and buckwheat crepes, but also offer plenty of breakfast sandwich options.

This is the perfect spot for anyone on the go or working from home, as the service is fast, the staff is nice, and you get what you ask for. The portions are perfect for the prices, here I can enjoy a large panini with chips or salad, and a cold (or hot) beverage for under $15.00!  I was completely full until dinner and spent the afternoon blogging, catching up on emails, and was incredibly happy not being crammed in a corner on a bench paying that amount for a small pre-packaged sandwich and a water.

This cute Harlem Café is a great spot for brunch and lunch and will satisfy all your cravings from sweet to savory and everything in between. Be sure to check out Café Frederick at 2104 Frederick Douglass Blvd, New York, NY.
