IMG_5459Have you been to a Hard Rock Cafe? All over the world, Hard Rock Cafe’s are introducing some big burgers with even bigger flavors to their menu’s. I recently tried three of the many Local Legendary Burgers and was wildly impressed with the flavors, combinations, and local ingredient inspiration.

Attending the World Burger Tour in NYC brought back memories from when I was a kid, when i’d be begging my mom to bring me to every Hard Rock Cafe everywhere we traveled. From Mexico to Hawaii and everywhere in between, the experience at Hard Rock is always a fun one!

The new burger menu is inspired by local ingredients from the following Hard Rock locations. London, Buenos Aires, IMG_5485Mumbai, and Hawaii, are just some of the cities these creative burgers are inspired from.   Explaining the inspiration behind the menu was Chef Darryl Mickler, who is lively, entertaining, and clearly passionate about the menu. While devouring three juicy and delicious burgers, we enjoyed an array of Hard Rock Cafe cocktails that paired perfectly.

Want to know what burgers I tried?

English Breakfast Burger (London, England) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with sliced ham, a sausage patty, a fried egg, baked beans, a portobello IMG_5474mushroom, arugula and garlic aioli.

Tandoori Chicken Burger (Mumbai, India) – a dark meat chicken patty seasoned with aromatic spices and fresh herbs, topped with mint mayonnaise and served with a side of cucumber.

Aloha Burger (Honolulu, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with Portuguese sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, a grilled pineapple ring with sweet soy glaze, guacamole, pico de gallo, served with Furikake french fries.

Be sure to find the nearest Hard Rock Cafe near you, and try one of these juicy, delicious, and locally inspired burgers!
