Fall is the perfect time of year for apple picking and hard cider sipping! Strongbow Hard Cider comes in a variety of flavors such as Golden Apple, Honey, Ginger, and Cherry Blossom. Not only are all the flavors delicious on their own, but they mix great into cocktails too. Since it’s sort of a snacking season, I tried pairing these sweeter cider cocktails with Neal Brother’s Kettle Chips. Below are some great cider cocktails to inspire you this fall with delicious Neal Brother’s chip pairings.
Strongbow Golden Apple:
Salted Caramel Apple
7 oz Strongbow Golden Apple
1oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
Pinch Sea Salt
Method: In a cocktail glass or lowball glass, pour in 1oz of dutch caramel vodka. Top with cider and a pinch of sea salt. Pair with Neal Brother’s Maple Bacon Chips.
Strongbow Cherry Blossom:
Cherry Vanilla Dream
5oz Strongbow Cherry Blossom
1/2oz Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
1oz Cheribundi Tart Cherry Juice
Method: In a shaker, combine vodka, juice, and ice. Shake well. Pour into cocktail glass and top with cider. Pair with Neal Brother’s Montreal Steak Spice Chips.
Strongbow Honey:
Honey I’m Home!
7oz Strongbow Honey
1oz Honey Liqueur
TT Honey
Method: In a cocktail glass, drizzle honey into the glass and around the rim. Pour in honey liqueur and top with honey cider. Pair with Neal Brother’s Spicy Srirachup Chips.
Strongbow Ginger:
Witches Brew
5oz Strongbow Ginger
2.5oz David’s Tea Witches Brew
.5oz Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
Method: Brew tea and let cool. Once cool, in a shaker with ice, combine tea and vodka. Shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with ginger cider. Pair with Neal Brother’s Pink Himalyan Sea Salt Chips.
