Who’s ready for Fun Fall Ciders!? These crisp, fruit driven beverages are great in the summer as we all know, but can also get you in the Fall spirit with the right food pairing!
Crispin Cider is smooth, delicate, and the perfect cider for my Slow Cooked BBQ Spare Ribs, Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas! This meal was inspired after one sip of the Crispin Artisanal Reserve Hard Apple Cider. I knew I had to save it for a lovely dinner, but I must say it was difficult to put down after the first sip. Luckily it was a cooler rainy day so it absolutely set the mood to make a comforting dish, stay inside, and enjoy this meal. The cider made the tang in the BBQ sauce pop, while the cheddar mashed potatoes were the perfect compliment to the delicate, playful flavors of apple and baking spice in this cool, refreshing beverage.
