Cold weather brings friends together for some indoor food and wine filled fun, am I right? Of course I am! Nothing is better then getting cozy, inviting some company over for some delicious warm winter dishes and wine pairings.

Most of you read about one of my favorite cheese companies at my DIY Bubbly Bar, where all my favorite Champagnes, Sparkling Wines, and Liqueurs made their mark and paired beautifully with Emmi Kaltbach CheesesThe Kaltbach Cave Cheeses are stunning when paired with some Honey Ridge Farms Honey Lemon Cream!

Want some fun warm winter ideas with these great cheeses? Grab your best guys and gals for a fun pairing party!

Invite guests to BYO craft beers and fine wines to pair with each of the evening’s dishes. Try new brews as you sip, savor, and enjoy a snowy night in. Dare to pair this with a fun Gamesformotion Chocolate Board Game!

Put an interactive twist on your table. Set up your spread on butcher paper or a chalkboard and write suggested pairings next to each cheese. Think Pinot Noir, Brut Bubbles, and fruit forward cocktails using Solerno Liqueur with these beautiful cheeses. When arranging the cheeses, display each wedge with a few pieces cut off and be sure to have a knife for each cheese.

Serve up melty Swiss-inspired dishes buffet-style for a touch of “Alpine elegance”Kaltbach Le Gruyère AOP Lobster Blanquette and Kaltbach Le Gruyère AOP Cheese Grits with Huckleberry Sauce are stunning and will wow your crowd.
