Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen, one of the original craft beer pioneers, has a new Chelsea location! This warm and inviting spot has a delectable menu of rustic American cuisine to pair with the many craft beers offered.
I was excited to see that Thomas O’Byrne, David Clarke, and Colin Stewart, were able and excited to expand their beer expertise, unique spirits, and sophisticated pub menu to the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. Executive Chef Brendan Neville, formerly of Café Luxembourg and The Smith, is debuting his menu in this spot of sharable plates and updated pub classics. They have a unique spin on our classic and favorite pub dishes, which is what makes them different than any ordinary pub of course! Such menu items include: Duck Confit Poutine, Grilled House Sausage, and House Made Tater Tots.
Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen prides itself on offering some of the rarest brews from around the world. From seasonal beers to limited edition draughts, Cooper’s Craft & Kitchen truly has become one of New York City’s dining & drinking destinations, and honestly… what’s more comforting than house made tater tots paired with a cold beer?
With this snow and cold, you should absolutely hop on some form of public transportation and check out this new location. If you love the original location, you will enjoy this one just as much. Your friends and family can now enjoy this neighborhood gastropub and make it your new craft beer destination!
