Bourbon Peach Popsicles!

I’ve been really into creating some great alcohol infused recipes for the blog lately because for many of you that know me, you know I started off as a Pastry Chef in my career before becoming a Sommelier. Combining my talents with my passions…this week I bring you some “boozy treats to beat this summer heat”! 

I was home July Fourth weekend visiting my mom in NJ, and fell in love with her new garden. She’s been working really hard on it, and her vegetables and herbs are growing beautifully. I decided to use the thyme from her garden in my Bulleit Bourbon and Peach Popsicles. As you will see in my Youtube video, I used the Braun Multiquick 7 to blend the frozen peaches and other ingredients because it’s simple to use, quick, and consistent. My multiquick 7 has become my new favorite kitchen tool; it literally does everything! I also love using a bourbon like Bulleit because the product is consistent, quality driven, and i’m just a big fan of the Bulleit brand.
